High-Purity MIT Extract — Salt
Salt extract has been converted from freebase with a food-grade acid, which raises water solubility and generally improves dry-powder stability.
Our salt grade is the lactate. Because the lactate counter-ion adds mass, a salt extract's mitragynine percentage reads lower than a freebase of the same purity. The COA reports mitragynine as % w/w of the powder as tested, so compare lots on cost per gram of mitragynine.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the mitragynine percentage lower on salt grades?
The acid counter-ion adds weight that is not mitragynine. Pure mitragynine lactate is about 82% mitragynine by weight, so a 75% lactate grade is a high-purity extract. Compare lots on cost per gram of mitragynine.
Which salt form do you supply?
Lactate. The salt form is stated on every specification sheet. Ask for the current specification before ordering.
